Psychotherapy lets you explore the effects of your past in the here and now. By increasing your awareness of this process, you can untangle recurring problems, create personal growth and reduce your emotional distress.

However, psychotherapy is not a quick fix solution or about giving advice. Instead, it is about working through difficult emotions, which at times may be uncomfortable. This requires time, patience and commitment from both me and you.
